One of my first lessons in EDAE 639, Instructional Design, is that the design of effective training content is a process that involves the implementation of consistent and established practices. This has served as the basis for my development of these Six Steps to Succesful Training Design.
I have also included here a copy of my Risk Assessment Training Proposal, my final project for EDAE 639. This serves as a demonstration of the Six Steps when applied to an actual training plan.
