Philosophies on

Professional Development

& Training

Establishing and understanding my own philosophies on training and development has been a central component to discovering my identity as an educator.  I have sought to identify qualities that I hope to embrace in order to become an effective teacher of others as well as perpetuate a culture of learning.  The process for developing my own philosophy of teaching began in my first semester in the Master's of Adult Education and Training program and I consider the process ongoing.
