Perhaps the most challenging component of my journey was determining how I would apply the principles and philosophies that I had acquired through my coursework in this program into an effective teaching strategy.  The process for determining this would involve observing real world practices, understanding my prospective learners and their needs and developing a set of expectations and standards for meeting those needs.
